When it's open

Fall: Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:30 to 10:30am and 1:15 to 3:15pm. Spring: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8:30 to 10:30am and 1:15 to 3:15pm, and Thursdays 8:30 to 10:30am.

Open in the fall and spring semesters. Closed over the winter holidays, spring break and summer.

Will they take me?

Open to the public. Students do the work and licensed hygienists and dentists check it. Patients are chosen for what students need to learn, so a screening does not promise you a place. Parents sign for children under 18.

  • Book a screening appointment first; no walk-ins
  • Fill in the patient forms before your visit and email them or bring them
  • Your temperature is checked; if you have a fever or cold, flu or COVID symptoms you will be rescheduled
  • You must agree to come back for as many visits as needed
  • Call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel; missed visits without notice can end your care
  • Your appointment is held for only 10 minutes if you are late
  • Do not leave children alone in the waiting area; children cannot come into the clinic with you
  • A parent or guardian signs for patients under 18

How long it takes

Visits: A cleaning may need a second visit. Deep cleaning always takes several visits.
