Will they take me?

Adults 18 and up have a screening visit first to see if their dental needs fit what students are learning. Children under 18 have their own clinic and a $5 screening. Students do the work and licensed dentists check it. People who need a tooth pulled soon can book the urgent extraction clinic.

  • Adults: your dental needs must fit the students' training
  • Children under 18 are screened by the children's clinic
  • The urgent care clinic does not remove wisdom teeth; call oral surgery at 214-828-8228
  • Braces: at least 6 years old, good brushing habits and regular dental care
  • Braces: appointments are during school hours only, every 4 to 6 weeks
  • Braces: missed appointments or poor cooperation can end treatment
