When it's open
Emergency appointments Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, except school holidays. Call for regular clinic times.
Will they take me?
Open to the public, including children. Your first visit decides whether you fit the teaching program. If you are not accepted, they recommend where to get care. Emergency appointments are for current patients.
- First visit: health history and brief physical and dental exam to see if you qualify
- Bring records and X-rays from the past five years if you have them
- Give 24 hours' notice to reschedule
- Insurance must be valid on the day of treatment; tell them about new coverage
- Personalized Care Suite is for patients 14 and older
How long it takes
Visits: At least 2 visits to start: a screening, then a full exam and treatment plan with your student
How to get in
Call 215-898-8965 or send the online request form to book your first exam. If you qualify, you are assigned to a student who finishes your exam and makes a treatment plan at the next visit.

Bills most dental insurance directly. In network with United Concordia/PA Blue Shield/Concordia Plus DMO, Delta Dental PPO, Aetna PPO and DMO, Assurant/Sun Life, and Keystone First VIP Choice.
Takes Medicaid.

- Pediatric dentistry for children through adolescence
- Personalized Care Suite for patients 14 and older with disabilities
- Emergency care Monday to Friday

Discounted parking at the garage at 40th and Walnut streets: $11 for the first 5 hours, then $2 an hour; ask for a voucher at check-out. SEPTA buses 21, 30, 40 and 42 stop within three blocks. Subway: L1 to 40th and Market, then walk four blocks south. Trolleys T2 to T5 to 40th and Baltimore.
Payment is due at each visit. Fee estimates are honored for two years in most cases.
