Will they take me?
Open to the public, adults and children, in fall and spring. Students do the work and licensed dentists and hygienists check it. This clinic only does preventive care, so you still need a regular dentist.
- Patients under 18 need a signed parent permission form
- Sign a patient consent form
- Give 24 hours' notice to cancel
- Two or more cancellations, being late often, or not canceling in time can end your care at the clinic
- Current X-rays are needed; the clinic takes them or your dentist can send them
- Bring accurate health history and a list of your medicines
