Fees follow the clinic's fee schedule and are lower than the cost of similar care elsewhere. Your fees are discussed before treatment starts.
When it's open
Patient care Monday and Thursday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 11am. Phone lines Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 6:30pm, Friday 7:30am to 6pm. Emergency visits Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 11am.
Closed on weekends, holidays and scheduled academic breaks.
Will they take me?
Adults and children are seen. New patients first have an intake screening to see whether their needs fit what students are learning. Emergency care for new patients needs an appointment but no screening first.
- Complete the medical history and forms in the online patient portal before the first visit, or arrive 30 minutes early
- Bring two forms of ID, one with a photo
- Bring your dental insurance card if you have one
- A parent or legal guardian must come with minors to every visit
- Cancel at least 48 hours ahead (72 hours for surgery or sedation)
- Three late cancellations or missed visits can end your treatment
- No walk-ins, even for emergencies

Visits: Intake screening, then a follow-up visit for a full evaluation and treatment plan
How to get in
Call 914-594-2700 to book an intake screening. It includes your health history, an exam, X-rays and scans. No cleaning or other treatment is done that day. Then you get a follow-up visit with your dental team to go over your treatment plan and fees.

Takes most dental insurance plans and New York State Managed Care Medicaid plans. You pay any balance insurance does not cover. Lab work needs a 50% down payment.

Bee-Line bus 27 (limited service) stops in front; routes 1C/1X, 14/17, 15 and 40/41/43 go to nearby Westchester Medical Center. Call 914-594-2700 to set up free car service from Hawthorne, Valhalla, North White Plains or Tarrytown Metro-North stations or nearby bus stops.
Recent X-rays (taken in the last 3 months, in electronic form) may lower your costs. Payment is due at each visit.
