Dental students and residents treat adults and children under faculty supervision. The first visit is a short screening with X-rays; there is a fee, then another fee for the full exam at the next visit. Call for prices. Takes NY Medicaid. Walk-in urgent care.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

Closed on holidays, university closures and special school-wide events.

Will they take me?

The General and Specialty Dentistry Clinic sees adults and children over 8. Children 8 and under, and teens with special needs, go to the Pediatric Dentistry Clinic. Urgent care needs no appointment. At the first visit a dentist checks your needs and assigns you to a student, resident or specialist.

  • Fill out the Patient Registration Form and Medical History Form before the first visit
  • Bring a photo ID with your current address, or two non-photo IDs with your current address
  • Bring recent dental X-rays if you have them
  • Patients under 18 must come with a parent or legal guardian
  • Patients more than 15 minutes late must reschedule
  • Children's clinic: children 8 and under, and teens with special health care needs

Visits: A short screening visit, then a full exam visit before treatment

Call 212-305-6100 for the General and Specialty Dentistry Clinic, or 212-305-6754 for the children's clinic. At the first visit you get a short check and X-rays, then a follow-up visit with your assigned provider for a full exam and a treatment plan with fees.
