Will they take me?

Students do the work and a licensed instructor checks it. First you have a free assessment to see if your needs fit the students' training. If you are accepted, you get a student who plans and books the rest of your care.

How to get in

Call 602-285-7323 to book a free 60-minute assessment. Print the new patient forms from the clinic page, fill them in and bring them. If you are accepted, the clinic will call you in about a week to set up visits with a student.

If you are accepted after the assessment, the clinic contacts you in about a week.

Paying

No insurance billing. You get a receipt you can send to your insurance company to ask for money back.

• Extra- and intra-oral examination (oral cancer screening)
• Periodontal assessment to determine the health of the gums
• Selective polishing
• Fluoride treatments as needed
